SITE HOST EXPECTATIONS
- Recommendations for best airport near site; identification of nearby hotel (near workshop site) with restaurant on site or nearby; transportation to and from the nearest airport, and transportation to and from the daily Boot Camp workshop.
- Lunch onsite or identification of restaurants nearby if registrants will not have lunch onsite.
- Meeting room with sufficient electrical outlets (for registrants who want to bring laptop computers); LCD projector and screen; onsite beverages and snacks for early arrivals and mid-afternoon breaks.
- Front table for lecture notes, laptop computer, and other items (publisher giveaways and prize drawings for registrants).
- Bottled water for presenter (2 eight ounce bottles per day).
